About Simation: Paul Roberts, Principal

With a career spanning 21 years Paul has a well rounded entrepreneurial skill set which includes people/project management and a high level of sales training expertise. An expert in the healthcare field, he founded Simation Global Technology in 2004 which has created a world class sales and marketing simulation product that has been used globally including North America, Japan, Singapore, China and Europe.

Educated at the prestigious Royal Naval Officers Training Academy Britannia he studied a number of subjects including logistics, nuclear technology, and engineering. Trained as a submarine warfare officer, he sub-specialized in navigation. He subsequently served in many units which included frigates and submarines for 7 years. His proven ability in leadership & strategy lead him in joining a consultancy based in London, UK, as the Director of Operations. He developed and implemented world wide data simulations for IMS International, a Dun and Brad Street Company. Paul specialized in the pharmaceutical sector upon immigrating to Canada in August 97.
