Dr. David Miller, MD FRCPC Cert Endo

Dr. David Miller, MD FRCPC Cert Endo is a community based endocrinologist who is the Medical Director for Diabetes with the Vancouver Island Health Authority (VIHA) and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia.

Ethical Standards and Disclosure

There has been no funding provided, or involvement with, the pharmaceutical industry in any regard during the development of the ISIS program. Dr. Miller is the medical subject matter expert for ISIS and as such will be appropriately compensated for his expertise and time. In the past 5 years Dr Miller has been a clinical investigator in multi-center clinical trials for Eli-Lilly and Novo-Nordisk.  He has received speaker's honoraria from Eli-Lilly, Novo-Nordisk and Sanofi-Aventis.  He does not sit on any advisory boards nor owns stock in any of the aforementioned companies.
