Simation conducts its business with the highest ethical standards in business conduct and customer care. It considers its customer relationships its most valuable asset and makes every effort to serve its customers with courtesy, promptness and attention to detail. Customer data is strictly protected as described in our Privacy Policy.Simation is a completely independent supplier to the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Its web- and subscription-based service offering is available to anyone, no matter what company or organization they may be associated with. Simation is independently owned, operated and financed and has no association with any pharmaceutical head companies.
Customers own their data at all times and Simation will never use this data for any commercial purpose nor disclose it to any third party.
Simation employees are under employment contracts and do not work on a commission basis. The company fully discloses the features, availability, performance and price of its service. Simation products are continuously up-to-date and are warranted to perform as described on its website www.simation.us. The Simation service offering is subscription-based and charged directly to the customer in a number of convenient and secure subscription plans. Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time without notice. No pro-rated refunds are issued.

Simation wishes to give you as much control over your interaction with us as possible. You can surf our web site and access information about our services without revealing your identity. But in certain instances, such as when subscribing, we will ask you to provide information about yourself by completing and submitting a form.
If you decide to subscribe to the Simation service, we will ask you to provide us information such as your name, address and e-mail address. When you provide us personal information, you understand and agree that we may record and use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy described here.
1. Client Data Storage
Although Simation owns the data storage, databases and all rights to the Simation application and code base, you retain all rights to your data.
2. Collection of Information
We collect: email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, aggregate information on pages visited, personal details when registering for Simation, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to: improve the content of our Web pages, improve the quality of our service, identification and authentication, contact, research, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
- We transfer information about you if Simation is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Simation will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
3. Registered subscribers
When you initiate an online application for one of our services, our website will request personal information, which allows us to provide the service you requested. You can then perform certain tasks, such as corresponding with us, running the simulations, analyzing the results of the simulations, or participating in a blog. We only collect the information necessary to interact with you.
Simation also gathers data to track web site usage such as: number of hits, pages visited, and the length of user sessions in order to evaluate the usefulness of our site.
*** Note that Simation does not collect nor do we store any credit card information during the subscription process. All online payment transactions are handled by our payment processing partner, PayPal (www.paypal.com).
4. Use of cookies

They help sites to recognize visitors and keep track of their preferences by including an anonymous unique identifier and a stored value. Simation does not embed your personal data, user name, password, or any potentially sensitive data in its cookies.

We are not responsible for the information collection practices of the non-Simation links you click on within our service (links posted in a blog entry for example). Please review the privacy policies of the linked web sites for your own security.

Simation may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the terms of service agreed to upon subscription.
