When you initiate an online application for one of our services, our website will request personal information, which allows us to provide the service you requested. You can then perform certain tasks, such as corresponding with us, running the simulations, analyzing the results of the simulations, or participating in a blog. We only collect the information necessary to interact with you.

4. Use of cookies
Cookies are data sets assigned by a web server to the browser on your computer. They help sites to recognize visitors and keep track of their preferences by including an anonymous unique identifier and a stored value. Simation does not embed your personal data, user name, password, or any potentially sensitive data in its cookies.
Cookies are required to use the Simation service. Please ensure your browser accepts cookies from Simation.
We use cookies to record current session information, but do not use permanent cookies. You are required to login to your Simation account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.
5. Privacy and security during your online sessions
The information you provide to us online is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL is the leading security protocol for data transfer on the Internet and is widely used by financial institutions and in online payment systems. The technology scrambles (encrypts) your account information as it moves between your browser and the Simation servers. Information encrypted in this way is nearly impossible for anyone other than Simation to read.
6. Third party sites
We are not responsible for the information collection practices of the non-Simation links you click on within our service (links posted in a blog entry for example). Please review the privacy policies of the linked web sites for your own security.
7. Disclosure
Simation may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the terms of service agreed to upon subscription.
8. Changes
Simation may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Simation account profile or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
9. Your concerns
